APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Before applying, stir the product thoroughly, and do not thin. Multiple containers of the same color should be mixed together for greater color consistency. The coating should not be applied when temperatures are below 45 degrees Fahrenheit or when humidity is very high; nor should it be applied if it will be exposed to rain or heavy dew before it has had enough time to dry. The drying time will depend on the temperature, humidity, and location.

Use a brush, roller, or spray to apply the coating uniformly. Apply each coat between 12 and 16 mils wet film thickness, and wait at least 12 hours before applying a second coat. Two coats at a minimum of 16 mils total dry film thickness is recommended, however, if primer was used, a minimum of 20 mils total dry film thickness is required. For airless sprayers, use at least a 1 gallon per minute piston type airless sprayer with a minimum tip size of .027.  Clean all spills, tools, and overspray immediately with warm soapy water while the coating is still wet.
