Refund and Returns

We offer a 30 day return for all unopened merchandise sold by National Fireproofing Supply. Products can be returned within 30 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions.

Original shipping charges will be fully refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by National Fireproofing Supply . Exceptions may apply (including Express Delivery).

The refund can only be done during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). The money will be issued to the credit card used to pay for the items. Before the refund is issued, the customer needs to return the faulty or damaged item back to National Fireproofing Supply including a receipt of purchase. 

Return Policy Exceptions

Policy excludes: Application issues and improperly prepared surfaces, liquid stains, color samples, 3rd parties and marketplaces, labor and installation. We reserve the right to limit guarantee at our discretion in the event of suspected fraud or abuse.

Sellerís and manufacturerís only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective.  Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage,  direct or consequential, arising out of the use or the inability to use the product.  Before using, user shall determine the suitability of the product for their intended use, and all users assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith.

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
  • To complete your return, we require that you contact us for return approval

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.

Exempt Goods

No refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be returned to National Fireproofing Supply Co.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If the item has been damaged during the return shipping, it is the customers responsibility to file a claim with their chosen carrier

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging. All seals must be intact.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Containers that have broken seals
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
