      Flamex PF-2 is stainable once cured. Laboratory tested as a leach resistant treatment. is non-hygroscopic which overcomes many of the disadvantages of conventional fireproofing sprays.

      Flamex PF-2 has a proven track record and can be used for all exterior & interior wood applications. Class A rated with a Flame Spread of 25 and Smoke Developed of 70. For exterior applications, it is recommended that the treatment be reapplied between every 2-5 years. *The more rainfall in your area, the shorter the lifespan of the treatment.

      When Using This Product: 

      Apply at 125 sq ft per gallon. Do not mix with other products. Shake or mix well before using. Do not allow to freeze. Do not lay on another surface when wet to prevent mold and absorption by the other surface. Store in original container away from sunlight and heat Pretest for applicability and colorfastness. The surface must be porous, clean, and dry prior to application.

      Once applied and fully cured for 48 hours, the wood surface may be stained with an exterior water based stain. Clean hands & equipment with soap and warm water. 

      Apply only when air temperature is at 50° F and above for 24 hours minimum. Do not add tint or dyes! Do not expose treated areas to rain for 48 hours!
