Customers may enter credit card information with confidence via our secure server. MONEY ORDERS or CERTIFIED BANK CHECKS are also accepted however; these forms of payment slow down the order process. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fine per check returned.

National Fireproofing Supply Co. ships merchandise only to locations within the United States and Canada.
At this time, only Indiana orders are subjected to a 7.0 % sales tax.
All items, unless otherwise stated, are fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship and are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranties. Within thirty (30) days we will replace, at our sole discretion, any item that is deemed defective. This warranty does not cover installation or service of product, conditions resulting from consumer mishandling; such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION. If the customer returns an order without authorization, National Fireproofing Supply Co. will not accept the returned delivery and no refund will be given. Returns shall be done within 30 days of invoice date. We do not accept products with broken container seals . A 20% restocking fee may be charged on a return.
